Job Description
- Making strategy for costing & technical proposal for upstream & downstream.
- Detailed reviewing of contract documents in respect of commercial & technical.
- Preparing tender, BOQ, Quantity Take-off.
- Study drawings, specifications for technical compliance & deviations.
- Preparing tender documentation including cost summary sheets, risk assessments and approval documentation.
- Submitting completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines & requirements.
- Complete tender follow-up and negotiations.
- Take ownership for the various projects assigned
- Prepare enquiry document to vendors
- Get proposal from vendor and evaluate their proposals
- Build and maintain pricing / estimating databases and ensure outturn costs are captured and fed back through the system.
- Liaise with sales department for pricing purposes, develop and maintain relationships.
- Maintain a register of key assumptions within estimates and pricing.
- Network with vendors & low-level subcontractors
- Complete tender follow-up and negotiations.
- Plan for project execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering; Mechatronics / Electrical power / Mechanical
- Females ONLY
- 1-3 years of experience at tendering field
- Sales background is preferred
- Good English Language
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details and self motivated
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office, and Excel
