Job Description
- Handling all travel agents requests from booking and issuing tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance.
- Preparing visa documentation for individual clients and corporates.
- Extend company services standards for clients satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints while providing effective solutions.
Handling all aspects of ticketing activity mostly by phone with customers of Zekri Tours:
- Information regarding activity and prices
- Reservation & booking by using Amadeus & Saber system
- Follow-up with customers
- Creating daily reports
- Handling requests of the management team.
- Foreigners who live in Egypt are welcome to apply.

Job Requirements
- Amadeus User is a must
- Saber knowledge is a plus
- Experience: Min.: 2 Years
- Good communication skills
- Age: Less than 30 Years old.
- Languages: English Very Good
- Presentation Skills, good-looking, Supportive Attitude.
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience from 2-4 years ( Air ticket booking , issue & Refund )
- Amadeus certificate is must ( ( Basic & Advanced )
