Job Description
- Create Intakes on the old system (CRM), LMS, portals (IBAS, IBSS,
ATHE, and SBHH). - Create a course plan for modules.
- Create courses on portals (IBAS, IBSS, ATHE, and SBHH) & new LMS
- Upload instructor Bio’s, live & download lectures Links,
assignment on portals. - Observe, Audit on daily basis modules start date on portals,
system - subject to ( add – edit – adjust – delete ) - Contact with an instructor for materials or assignments, subject to
( add – edit – adjust – delete ) - Operating Lectures, subject to maintain ECC quality standard &
Evaluate the Professors and their performance during the sessions. - Create a survey for students (Registrar).
- Performing operation weekly, monthly report for annual Courses plan &
teaching plans deviations, latency, obstacles.
Job Requirements
- Experience at least 1 year in the operation field
- Graduated from business administration, information technology is preferable
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
- Excellent communication skills
