Job Description
- Manage a portfolio and ensure collections are handled efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calls and negotiate payment.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection efforts.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets.
- Ensure professionalism and compliance with company policies during all interactions
Job Requirements
- Sales or Customer Service experience
- Fluent English speakers is a MUST.
- Graduates, Gap Year & Students with no attendance.
- Egyptian Only.
