Job Description

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Job Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English with B2- C1 Level
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor for 6 months - 1year
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, KPI, Coaching, Attrition
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

    Fluent in English is a MUST
    Able to adapt to 24/7 shifts and 100% work from Site.
