Job Description
- Responsible for Dealing with governmental bodies.
- Responsible for Dealing with the different authorities in the governmental departments, electricity, water, telecommunication, etc., for contracting and paying bills on regular basis.
- Responsible for Coordination of legal cases with legal advisors
- Responsible for Coordinator of permits and licenses for the different departments and outlets.
- Responsible for Control and follow-up of current contracts to avoid governmental fines.
- Responsible for Select and supervise security control for all company’s properties
- Responsible for identifying training requirements for department staff and to submit a training plan to the human resources department.
- Responsible for ensuring that all staff attends statutory training sessions and that records are kept up-to-date at all times.
- Responsible for to act in accordance with company’s disciplinary procedures and to consult with the human resources manager prior to taking a disciplinary action
- Responsible for trademarks acquisition.
- Responsible for all legal contracts of the Company premises.
- Responsible for undertaking any other Responsibilities requests made by Senior Management.
Job Requirements
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التعامل مع هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية و الوزارات ذات العلاقة بعمل الهيئة و الأجهزة و الأحياء و كافة الشركات الحكومية الخدمية من مياه + كهرباء + غاز
- خبرة في مجال عمل شركات التطوير العقاري
