Job Description
- Plans periodic visit schedules for digital transformation representatives to clients.
- Follows up on subordinates' performance and achievement rates.
- Intervenes to solve problems encountered by subordinates during visits to facilitate their work.
- Follows up with relevant departments until the process of coding new clients and registering existing clients in digital services is completed.
- Collects information about the pharmaceutical market and gathers customer feedback.
- Conducts regular field visits with subordinates to monitor workflow and remove obstacles.
- Holds regular meetings with subordinates to monitor workflow, resolve issues, and foster a healthy work environment.
- Distributes targets among subordinates according to marketing management directives and the plans set by the administration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Years of Experience : 1 to 3 years
- BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
