Euro Motors Hub is hiring a Sales Team Leader to join our growing team in Maadi.

We are a German-based company specialized in importing and delivering European cars with full service and after-sales support.
 

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets.

Monitor and evaluate team performance using CRM tools (ENGAZ CRM).

Develop sales strategies and action plans to increase closing rates.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure premium customer service.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

Conduct role-play training and continuous coaching for the sales team.

Requirements:

5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

Automotive background is a plus, but not mandatory.

Excellent command of English (German is a big plus).
