Job Description
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals in line with project specifications and IFC drawings.
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate BIM activities between architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and inconsistencies.
- Participate in value engineering, cost-saving solutions, and design optimization during the design and construction phases.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing RFIs, technical submittals, and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Support site teams by providing clarifications and solutions for design-related issues during execution.
- Update and maintain BIM documentation, standards, and protocols.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering only
- 3–10 years of experience in technical office roles with a strong focus on BIM.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD,.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, technical coordination, and detailing.
- Experience in clash detection, BIM coordination meetings, and design validation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
