Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Manage operations supervisors according to the span of control to ensure delivery of service.
- Oversee efficiency of operational processes.
- Manage Flash Process to ensure performance delivery matches forecasted.
- Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met & Monitor business activities to ensure account's progress.
- Manage Capacity calls with client and internal for LOBs within scope and ensure delivery is at/or above committed – proactively highlighting issues to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to related stakeholders in reviewing reports before monthly & quarter Business Review & analyzing the account performance results comparing to KPIs, to be improved.
- Maintain client engagement and satisfaction.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of LOBs within scope.
- Mentor and develop SPVs and establish of culture of collaboration and coaching within Operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Guide and motivate team members to enhance performance and the quality of work.
- Ensure understanding & compliance with Majorel vision mission and values and follow regulatory Majorel policies & procedures.
- Ensure subordinates comply with the code of conduct and policies.
- Monitor industry best practices and provide insights.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- +2 Years managing team leaders.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Very good proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
- Excellent leadership and analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in use of both Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
