- Managing Inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Following protocol when handling clients.
- identifying customers' needs, clarify information, and providing solutions.
- Answering Calls from clients professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Identifying, and escalating priority issues and reporting to management.
- Following up with clients when required.
