Job Description

Cultiv is looking to hire an Executive Assistant.

  • This is a full-time position, effective immediately.

  • This role at Cultiv will be diverse and flexible, as can be expected in an entrepreneurial organization. At the same time, it is also an important corporate role, so it requires attention to many formal and organizational details and processes. It provides exposure to a variety of business experiences and networks, and allows building an influential professional reputation.

The Assistant will have the following  job responsibilities:

• Writing letters, emails, and other communications in English and Arabic.
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up business meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Ensuring that all documentation (both new and old) is preserved and properly filed.
• Coordinating the process of communicating with partners and other stakeholders.
• Managing various communication related issues and projects, as well as coordinating activities with other staff.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
• Updating a database regularly with new information.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Book travel arrangements.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work is usually 5 days a week during the daytime, but the urgent matters may need to handled 24/7 in exceptional circumstances.

Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in a relevant capacity.

Requirements include the following:

  • University degree or equivalent (Preferably a related degree).
  • Good communication & administration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent client-facing, relationship building and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking, well developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High integrity level.
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other needed computer skills.
  • Able to easily and fluently communicate in English & Arabic Language [both verbally and written].
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Through emails, over the phone or face-to-face situations.)
