Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Design and implement AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Manage data processing pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Work with the pre-sales team to understand client requirements.
- Develop and present POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of technical proposals and documentation.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI applications in the cloud environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI & ML concepts, including LLMs.
- Strong understanding of MLOps & LLMOps concepts.
- Experience with data processing tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Experience with Azure AI services, such as Azure Machine Learning and Azure Cognitive Services is a plus
