Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of men’s casual wear products.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to maintain productivity and morale.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping using warehouse management systems.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and organized warehouse environment.

Train new team members on warehouse procedures, equipment usage, and safety standards.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards related to warehouse operations.

1-2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related field.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
