Collaborate with product and design teams to conceptualize and execute interior layouts that showcase ariika’s alternative furniture and bean bags.
Develop creative design solutions for residential, commercial, and retail spaces, integrating ariika’s products to maximize comfort and aesthetic appeal.
Prepare detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
Select materials, colors, and finishes that align with brand identity and enhance the user experience.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of design projects.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to infuse innovation into every project.
Present design proposals and modifications to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Support the marketing team by creating visually compelling displays and layouts for showrooms and promotional events.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on furniture or product integration.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and functional interior design projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
Experience managing projects from concept to completion.
Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
