Indigorial specializes in distributing the finest fragrance oils, food flavors and RM to leading manufacturers in the Egyptian market. We help our clients innovate and create products that inspire, delight, and last.
We are currently seeking a passionate and result-driven Account Manager to join our growing team, strengthen our client partnerships, drive business growth, and support our sales team in achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored fragrance & flavor solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial offers, and follow up with clients.
• Assist the Sales Director in sales-related tasks and coordination.
• Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Proactively generate new business by prospecting, conducting cold calls, arrange client meetings and presenting company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports through CRM system.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably in B2B or FMCG industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office is a must).

- Ensure timely delivery of products and services in accordance with client expectations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Assist in the development and execution of account plans and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and communications.
