Job Description

  •  Assists in developing surveys and questionnaires for teachers, administrators and students in order to plan the activities and trips based on the school objectives and curriculum.
  • Responsible for submitting all field trip proposals on time and coordinates with our contact person in the ministry of education to get approvals of said trips with adequate time.
  • Liaises with external organizations, academies, Hotels and suppliers to receive offers about their services and activities offers.
  • Assists in scheduling and organizing all trips.
  • Works in coordination with the Activities and trips coordinator to Prepare flyers, emails and other communication materials to inform parents and students about the planned activities and trips..
  • Prepares, updates and distributes participant’s lists.
  • Responsible for the signing up for the after-school activities, and coordinates with the operations regarding the entry and exit procedures for the students.
  • Organizes materials and meetings for international trips details.
  • Maintains contact with all trips (local or international) supervisors during the trip to proactively solve any problems or obstacles.
  • Works with the finance department to regularly be updated regarding expenditures and the budget status.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business admin or any relevant major.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • High level of organization 
  • Time management skill 
  • Multi –tasking 
  • Previous experience in organizing trips and activities.
  • Communication skills
