Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Utilize social media platforms and other innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including reference checks and background verifications.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure competitive advantage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Experience in {White-Collars, Blue-Collars}.
- Working background in multinational companies.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Fluent command of Arabic & English, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- High level of professionalism and work ethic.
- Proficiency in using SAP and MS Office
