Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent. 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize social media platforms and other innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including reference checks and background verifications.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure competitive advantage

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. 
  • Experience in {White-Collars, Blue-Collars}.
  • Working background in multinational companies. 
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Fluent command of Arabic & English, both verbal and written. 
  • Proven track record in sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices. 
  • High level of professionalism and work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using SAP and MS Office
