Job Description
- Ensuring optimal performance of chillers, water treatment systems, and pumps.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all mechanical systems.
- Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of chillers and associated equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational costs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management
- Strong knowledge of chillers systems, water treatment processes, and pump operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
