Job Description

Sales Account Executive

● Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
● Hands on experience with customer service
● An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
● Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
● Understanding of sales performance metrics
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Analytical and time-management skills
● BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

Job Requirements

Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate our digital marketing, branding, and web development services to prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure a consistent brand message.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
