Job Description
- To manage and develop relationships with existing and new clients to achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and grow business by offering suitable solutions to client needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities within managed accounts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle the full sales cycle (from negotiation to payment collection).
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare quotations and commercial contracts in coordination with the technical or administrative team.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure efficient execution of strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports for accounts and present them to management.
- Monitor the market and competitors, and provide suggestions for product or service development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in sales or account management (preferably in the same industry).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make result-driven decisions.
- Good to excellent command of English.
