Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Sales Coordinator to streamline order processing and coordinate operations across various sales channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, hands-on expertise in SAP, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in the food or poultry industry is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless coordination across all sales channels, including Direct Sales, Distributors, QSRs, and Online platforms.
- Oversee accurate and timely order entry, ensuring proper application of discounts, promotions, and related processes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to finalize and consolidate daily order plans within set timelines and procedures.
- Manage internal communications to align order production, quality checks, delivery schedules, vehicle planning, and loading operations with submitted forecasts.
- Monitor invoice statuses and secure necessary documentation or approvals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and data analytics to support management decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams to enhance collaboration.
- Serve as the key point of contact between sales, production, logistics, quality, and finance teams to ensure efficient end-to-end order fulfillment.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination, ideally within the food or FMCG sector.
- Mandatory proficiency in SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in truck scheduling or loading operations is an advantage.
- Established relationships with key customers or distributors is a plus.
