We are looking for passionate and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales by connecting with potential customers over phone and email, understanding their needs, and offering the right IT products and solutions. You will play a key role in generating revenue and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential business clients
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert into sales
- Promote and sell IT products (laptops, printers, accessories, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and ensure follow-up with all prospects
- Collaborate with sales and product teams for seamless operations
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in inside sales or telemarketing (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
- Confidence and a target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone
- Basic knowledge of IT products is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and good command of English
- Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus
