Job Description
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Maintaining statical records
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Overseeing prices, stock control and display in showrooms
- Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- Liaising with support functions when needed (Finance, Logistics, IT... etc.)
- Acting upon the data on hand to support area managers in reaching their sales goals
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer services and health and safety are met
- Touring the sales floor daily, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issue
Job Requirements
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
