Job Description

  • Manages all the commercial affairs of a business.
  • Identify new market opportunities.
  • build strategic partnerships, and optimizing customer engagement, contributing to business growth, market expansion, and long-term profitability.
  • Lead and scale the Sales, Business Development and Customer Success teams.
  • Establish and uphold business objectives, along with a strategy to achieve them and recognizing key milestones.
  • Define sales objectives and drives the team to achieve targets.
  • Generate and qualify new leads by utilizing different strategies to engage with prospective clients.
  • Lead business development initiatives, seeking new partnerships, collaborations, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support the marketing team with any sales-related decisions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Evaluate the submitted sales operation reports and analyzing them to comprehend the current situation and recommend optimal strategies.
  • Monitor the financial performance of a company.
  • Display the financial statements, particularly those concerning sales.
  • Analyze industry trends and suggest the best directions to reach the company goals.
  • Set business KPIs to track the company’s Sales performance.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring optimal pricing for properties to maximize revenue and maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Analyze market trends, conduct pricing research, and monitor pricing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align commercial objectives with overall business goals.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in business administration is preferable.
  • 15+ years of experience.
  • A strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role including prior experience as a Chief Commercial Officer.
