A rapidly growing and well-established BPO based in Egypt is hiring a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to lead all commercial and business growth & expansion activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that align with the organization’s vision and growth objectives focusing on offshore clients.
Lead and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed ambitious performance targets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships to expand market share and revenue.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term business retention.
Oversee and optimize pricing models, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations to maximize profitability and customer value.
Monitor and drive revenue performance, budgeting processes, and financial forecasting to support data-driven planning and sustainable growth.
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10+ years in senior commercial leadership roles, ideally within fast-growing or large-scale organizations.
Proven experience working with offshore clients, Mandatory in the BPO or outsourcing sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with deep industry insights and a sharp eye for international market trends.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a track record of delivering growth in competitive environments.
