Job Description
Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings and executive leadership sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation.
- Handle confidential correspondence and ensure timely communication on behalf of the CEO.
Office Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office.
- Liaise with departments to support the CEO’s initiatives and business needs.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and budget tracking related to the executive office.
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and other departments or external partners.
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, responding where appropriate.
- Draft and proofread official communications, reports, and presentations.
Project Management:
- Support the CEO in managing key strategic projects and tracking milestones.
- Coordinate logistics and preparations for high-level events, speaking engagements, and conferences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or C-level leaders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [English/Arabic/Both].
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
