Job Description

At PumaMedia, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to manage relationships with our clients and ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. This person will take the lead in handling clients’ needs, getting campaigns approved, and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing and have a passion for delivering outstanding results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of concerns.

• Manage, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, Google Ads, Speakol, MSN, and social media channels.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, needs, and expectations to deliver personalized and high-impact marketing strategies.

• Oversee the campaign approval process, ensuring clients’ campaigns meet expectations before launching.

• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations and making adjustments to ensure optimal results.

• Prepare and present regular reports to clients on campaign performance and adjustments.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

• Manage budgets and track spending to ensure campaigns stay within the established limits.

• Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and client relations.

• Proficiency in platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, Google Ads, Speakol, MSN, and social media advertising tools.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.

• Experience in campaign performance analysis, reporting, and optimization.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and campaign requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

 

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Familiarity with performance metrics and how to drive ROI.

• Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and strategies.
