- Procurement Management: Oversee and manage the procurement process for MEP materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Vendor and Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate timely procurement, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships.
- Cost Efficiency: Optimize procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to assess procurement needs, providing guidance on material specifications and budgetary considerations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Address procurement-related challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure project progress.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a managerial role focusing on procurement, specifically within MEP systems or related fields.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in procurement software and tools is preferable.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership abilities, effectively managing procurement teams and overseeing project-related procurement processes.
- Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Preferably have a experience in managing procurement operations specifically related to MEP systems or similar technical domains.
- Preferably have a certifications or additional training in procurement, supply chain management, or relevant technical fields are advantageous.
