Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical Procurement Data Analyst to support the procurement function through data management, reporting, and insight generation. This role will focus on analyzing procurement data to optimize purchasing decisions, supplier performance, and cost efficiency, driving data-based improvements in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data from internal systems (ERP, procurement platforms, etc.).
• Develop, maintain, and automate procurement dashboards and analytical reports (e.g., spend analysis, supplier performance, cost-saving tracking).
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities in purchasing behavior to support strategic decision-making.
• Build predictive models and KPIs to forecast procurement needs and track supplier reliability.
• Assist in setting up data quality standards and ensure data integrity across procurement systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis on procurement issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with procurement team members to translate data insights into operational improvements.
• Support the creation of regular executive reports and ad-hoc data analysis requests.
• Monitor and analyze market data to help in benchmarking and procurement planning.
