Job Description
- Provide guidance and assist to sellers and buyers in marketing their properties for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions and prices to ensure a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Display and market properties on different channels.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and projects.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as Property consultant not less than 3 years.
- Excellent command of English
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.
- In depth knowledge surrounding property management in the market.
- Customer focus and doing orientation.
- Interpersonal skills with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
