Job Description
- Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property tours, and project presentations.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and site visits to close sales efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communication, and deal pipeline using CRM tools.
- Attend real estate exhibitions, promotional events, and roadshows when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- +3 years of experience as a Property Consultant within a Real Estate Developer Industry or Brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Market and Trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable, confident and professional demeanor
- Possession of own car is preferred
