Job Description

  • Manage and oversee Oracle system operations within Aman Holding’s Human Resources department, ensuring the system is fully functional, up to date, and aligned with company requirements
  • Provide training and continuous support to the HR team at Aman Holding, ensuring proper system usage and addressing any technical and operational issues reported by users
  • Act as the key point of contact for any Oracle-related queries or issues faced by the HR teams at Aman Holding, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize disruption to HR operations
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the Oracle system in HR operations, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with Raya Holding’s HR team for system updates or enhancements
  • Oversee the accuracy of employee data in Oracle, ensuring that employee records are up-to-date and consistent with company policies
  • Collaborate with Raya Holding’s HR department to implement system updates and address any troubleshooting or enhancements needed to meet the evolving needs of Aman Holding
  • Communicate system updates and policy changes to all employees involved in Oracle-related HR processes, ensuring they are informed of any relevant updates or changes
  • Analyze HR data within the Oracle system to provide actionable insights and reports that support decision-making and strategic planning within the Human Resources department. 
  • Support HR management in data-driven decision-making by providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports on HR activities, trends, and workforce analytics. 
  • Assist in the development and optimization of HR dashboards and analytical tools to monitor HR metrics and drive continuous improvement in HR processes

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Oracle HRMS
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Familiarity with database management and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets efficiently
