Job Description
Overall, Job Purpose: The Quality Control Senior Engineer should insure producing safe and high quality products with lower cost, higher production capacity, and higher customer satisfaction. Ensure continuous improvement of people, products, and process. Compete in different markets, different categories and with different competitors.
- Ensure products and processes output as per specs with continuous improvement.
- Ensure implementing of QC work methods, and instructions for assembly and test QC function.
- Prepare statistical data analysis to compare results against targets to take required actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for repeated defects and problematic parts.
- Issue technical reports for local and CKD quality issues.
- Conduct technical training for inspectors on new and changed processes and parts.
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor staff performance and progress.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement teams.
- Update QC work instructions, methods, and checklist according to the latest improvements and changes.
- Monitor and confirm the implementations of corrective and preventive actions feedbacks.
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: BSc of (Production/Mechanical/Automotive) Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
- Good knowledge of production and assembly lines and processes, problem solving, and data analysis.
- MS. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
- Language Requirements: Good Command of English
- Special Certification or Training Required:
• TQM.
• Lean sixSigma
• Strong Computer Skills.
