We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our metal manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, machining, or related industrial processes, along with excellent leadership and process optimization skills. This role ensures production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams including machine operators, welders, and fabricators.
• Implement and monitor production processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, maintenance, and logistics departments to streamline operations.
• Optimize resource utilization (labor, equipment, materials) to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Monitor production metrics and generate performance reports (OEE, downtime, throughput, etc.).
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Train, develop, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
