Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring adherence to legal and company policies and procedures 
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Responsible for maintaining the implementation of laws and regulations dealing with government agencies.
  • Supervising the process of archiving and reviewing employee files
  • Responsible for all paperwork related to Social Insurance and Labor office along with any other governmental documents
  • Responsible for following up on issuing car certificates.
  • Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data
  • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
  • Audit on the accuracy of new hires data included and ensure the system is updated with changes
  • Responsible for monitoring & recording of absence levels by monitoring all leaves and ensuring that relevant policies are adhered to in each department and provide statistical data to managers in relation to this when needed.
  • Cooperate with the HR Dept regarding internal investigations, labor cases and disputes against the company.
  • Responsible for executing, monitoring, and reporting on all employee loans in adherence to loan policy and management approval.
  • Monthly reporting and action plans on work incidents, repeated absences, and light work requests in accordance with government labor law and company policy
  • Ensure that all incidents are documented and reported to the concerned authorities and that the respective analysis and internal reports are always prepared and updated.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 7 – 10 Years of Experience in Personnel
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a must.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Faculty of Law, or related fields.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office 
  • Good in working ERP Systems.
  • Excellent implementation of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Income Taxes
