Job Description
Throughout your time at Swift Distribution your work will be 100% remote we look forward to building long term relationships with our employees. You will be asked to handle everyday operational tasks including finances, label generations, user data input, and so on. You will receive training it can be onsite in Egypt or online whatever you think would be more effective to allow you to learn.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Ability to Learn New Platforms Such as Amazon Seller Central Dashboard and Discord.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- English Proficiency is a must
