Internship Description

Who we are: 

 

Intenso English is an online English academy providing an intensive speaking program for adults who want to improve their English language skills for work. 

 

As we scale, we need further assistance with day-to-day operations and other administrative tasks. You'll work directly with the management team to help keep everything running smoothly, your tasks would include:

 

  • Following up & supervising team members, preparing reports, tracking metrics and carrying out administrative tasks.
  • Providing customer support via WhatsApp, email & chat to existing customers and prospects and ensuring customer success with our program
  • Help manage internal communication and updates
  • Handle various day-to-day operational tasks at our academy
  • Carry out tasks delegated by the management team
  • Take on other responsibilities to support management and improve team's workflow.
  • Implement and document new operational procedures.

Payment details

  • First month (Probation): Is considered as an unpaid training period. 
  • Following two months (Probation): 6000 to 8000 L.E/month based on performance.
  • Upon completion of three months: Fixed salary of 6000 L.E to 8000 L.E/month based on performance.   

Internship Requirements

Working Hours & Availability Requirements:

 

  • Sunday to Thursday 5pm - 12pm (Apart from those working hours, we would also need you to attend weekly team meetings from 7pm till 8pm on Wednesdays).
  • Participation in monthly offline meetups in Cairo at the end of each month.

 

Ideal candidate: 

 

  • Has a strong English level (B2 reading, listening & writing).
  • Has previous experience working in customer service, operations or education.
  • Has great soft skills (communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management and organization).
  • Tech savvy and is a quick autonomous learner.
