Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Specialist with expertise in the tourism and travel industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures, travel arrangements, and customer service principles. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a high level of employee's satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, for clients and staff
- Coordinate travel documents, visas, and insurance requirements
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Handle employees' inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role within the tourism or travel industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and another language is a plus
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
