Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Specialist with expertise in the tourism and travel industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures, travel arrangements, and customer service principles. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a high level of employee's satisfaction.

  • Manage and maintain travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, for clients and staff
  • Coordinate travel documents, visas, and insurance requirements
  • Maintain and update client records and databases
  • Handle employees' inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Job Requirements

 

  •  0-2 years of experience in an administrative role within the tourism or travel industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and another language is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
