Job Description
- Handle and coordinate air and sea import shipments from A to Z.
- Ensure timely clearance of shipments and compliance with customs and import regulations.
- Prepare, review, and manage all import documentation (B/L, COO, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
- Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (planning, purchasing, finance) to align on shipment timelines.
- Track and analyze freight costs and suggest cost-saving solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, suppliers, and logistics activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in import operations, especially air and sea freight.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian customs procedures and required documentation.
- Familiarity with Nafeza system and international trade platforms is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
