Job Description
●Supervise and manage the reservation team across three hotels, ensuring consistent performance and
service quality.
●Monitor daily hotel occupancy and implement strategic actions to optimize room availability and pricing.
● Handle all room reservations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
● Build and maintain contracts and strong relationships with local and international tourism companies and
travel agencies.
●Lead the integration of restaurant reservation systems and coordinate with F&B departments for combined
packages.
●Collaborate with the revenue and sales team to forecast demand and support promotional strategies.
● Train, coach, and evaluate reservation staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
● Ensure professional communication and reservation handling in both written and spoken English.
● Analyze reservation trends and generate regular reports for management.
● Manage group bookings, especially for cruise packages, and coordinate with relevant departments.
Job Requirements
Gender: Male
Experience:
●Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Reservation Manager in the hotel industry.
●Prior experience in cruise reservations and restaurant reservation systems is highly preferred.
●Proven history of contracting with tourism companies.
●Experience managing multiple properties (at least 3 hotels).
Skills:
●Strong leadership and team management skills.
●Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
●Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
●Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on occupancy and market trends
