Job Description

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department.
  • Manage telephone, fax, and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems.
  • Maintain timekeeping, personnel records, and Responsible for work schedule.
  • Assist in recruiting, managing, training, and developing the Reservation team and new employees.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a reservation position at tourism companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of hotels in Egypt.
  • Can use and handle reservation software systems.
  • Very good English spoken & written.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Problem solver.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.
