Job Description
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department.
- Manage telephone, fax, and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Maintain timekeeping, personnel records, and Responsible for work schedule.
- Assist in recruiting, managing, training, and developing the Reservation team and new employees.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reservation position at tourism companies.
- Excellent knowledge of hotels in Egypt.
- Can use and handle reservation software systems.
- Very good English spoken & written.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High organizational skills.
- Problem solver.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.
