Job Description
Full-time. The Export Sales Supervisor will be responsible for identifying and developing international markets for dairy products, managing relationships with overseas clients, and negotiating export contracts. Daily tasks include coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with export regulations, monitoring global market trends, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to drive export sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments and export documentation with logistics and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer specifications.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years export sales experience, preferably in FMCG, dairy, or cheese sectors.
- Proven expertise in market analysis, sales target setting, and pipeline management.
- Strong negotiation skills for pricing, terms, and distribution agreements.
- Proficient in CRM, MS Excel, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Fluent in English with excellent business communication skills.
- In-depth product knowledge including compliance and quality standards.
- Detail-oriented multitasker with strong interpersonal skills.
- Seeking candidates with Jordanian & Egyptian nationality.
