Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Supervisor (B2B) to lead and manage our sales team within the FMCG supply chain sector. The role focuses on building strong business-to-business relationships, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving company objectives. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership skills, solid knowledge of FMCG distribution, and experience in managing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Monitor daily sales activities, calls, and coverage performance.
- Ensure proper execution of sales strategies and trade marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Train and coach the sales team to improve performance and enhance skills.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within FMCG B2B.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and B2B distribution channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
