Responsible for calibrating the rejection sensors on machine as well as the calibration of the vision control system / online camera & weight detector to assure no bias on the automated rejection system on machine.
Monitor the production process continuously to ensure conformity of the finished goods’ product specifications to preset standards and decides when to stop product / machine.
Ensure good arrangement of finished goods on pallets with correct tagging & place “GO” tag sticker on the pallet prior to transferring it to warehouse.
Place “STOP” tag label on pallets of non-conforming products to ensure that it will not be transferred to FG Warehouse.
Fill Daily Quality Inspection reports “Material Allocation, Visual Inspection, Measurements” on JDE System & take the necessary actions with production operator.
Fill the Daily Weight Inspection Report to ensure that the product is being produced as per the target specifications.
Coordinate with production team & Lab Technician for required corrective actions upon need.
Monitor and control any repacking process to ensure final product specifications are as per standard requirements
