We are an international growing nursery Located in (Galleria 40 in Sheikh Zayed)

looking for a dynamic and dedicated fluent English and Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for parents, helping with inquiries and supporting the nursery’s daily operations and using our system (Qmax) efficiently .The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has strong communication skills. If you are ambitious, hardworking, and eager to learn, you’ll feel right at home with us! Main Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Arabic and English.
• Assist parents and guardians with inquiries and service requests.
• Log calls and follow communication protocols.

Job Requirements

  • ONLY females can apply.
  • Zayed Residence are preferable.
  • Familiarity with nurseries environment is a plus.
  • committed and has strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • University graduate or undergraduate (Gap year) , preferred fields: (IT, Business, Communications, or related).
  • Comfortable using computer systems.
  • Experience with (Qmax) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience is a bonus.
  • Patient and can work under stress.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
