Job Description

  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain and update personnel records, including attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance departments to ensure timely salary disbursements and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and payments related to social insurance, taxes, and other government requirements.
  • Handle employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel policies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing employment contracts, documentation, and exit clearances.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all payroll and personnel data.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of payroll and HR systems and processes.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll and personnel reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in payroll and personnel administration, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
