Job Description
- Estimated BOQ and Pricing Lists: Conducted detailed estimations to prepare bills of quantities (BOQ)
- Assist in cost sheets and project cost estimation.
- Preparing shop drawings for projects & its facilities whenever needed
- Use different types of finishing materials in different projects like Vinyl – HPL and Corean Sheets.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure designs are delivered on time and meet client specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical office or finishing materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, or other relevant architectural software
