Job Description
- Prospect and qualify new domestic and international sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Schedule meetings and presentations with consultants and designers
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and servic
- Meet or exceed target
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Prepare bids and proposals and initiate relationships with new potential clients
- Following up customers for after sales services
- Confer with potential customers regarding product needs and advise customers on types of products to purchase
