Objective

To obtain a challenging on-site position as a Civil Tender Engineer within infrastructure construction, where you can apply your expertise in quantity surveying, site evaluation, and technical bidding to deliver accurate tenders that reflect real site conditions and support the company’s growth in large-scale civil projects.

Functional Responsibilities

Review and analyze tender documents (BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications).

Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and cost control teams.

Estimate quantities, material costs, manpower, and equipment.

Evaluate offers from suppliers and subcontractors.

Ensure timely and complete submission of tenders.

Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarifications.

Maintain a tender/pricing database for future use.

Support value engineering and cost optimization.

Handover successful bids to execution teams.

Work Environment: 

Site-based role with daily coordination across teams, exposure to outdoor conditions, and possible travel or extended hours during deadlines.
